See the sights of Seattle, any other major city or resort destination, through the "eyes" of Square One Events, as we've done all of the research! Because we belong to an event network, we work with local suppliers all over the US, Canada and Mexico. This will save our clients time and money when researching places they would like to hold their event. Two years ago we took about 600 people to Cancun, where they were doing a trade show. We helped with hotel arrangements and organized all of their tours, boat excursions, sightseeing tours to Tulum and private tours for executives to historic ruins and other famous spots. The last night, we threw a "Mexican Delight" theme with a Mariachi band and several solo performers. People danced until past midnight, as they extended their booking with the hotel! We also provided roaming talent (magicians, jugglers, costumed characters) throughout the evening to delight the audience. We worked closely with catering to have several different food stations, and changed up the food regularly throughout the evening. Every half hour, we purposely worked with the band to play all types of music for dancing!
When companies come to Seattle for their meetings and trade shows, Square One Events is the perfect host! We can help with hotel searches, based on the size of the group, and the "vibe" they're looking for. We can provide spokespeople at their trade show booth doing scripted narrations to help "sell" their products or services. We also know the San Juan Islands for tourism and off-site excursions. If visitors want "a night on the town" we'll suggest many favorite spots, and help provide transportation. Boat and bus tours are a specialty of ours. We'll show them places that the tourists don't know about to learn the inner Seattle, we natives know about.
